Service Engineer – Power & Electrical Solutions
Join the technical team responsible for installing, commissioning, testing and supporting advanced power and electrical solutions at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission power and electrical systems at customer sites.
- Test and support UPS systems, inverters, VFDs, EV chargers and power-quality analyzers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective troubleshooting support.
- Prepare clear service reports and communicate findings to customers.
- Coordinate with R&D and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with UPS, inverters or related power systems.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-support skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Willingness to travel for site support and customer visits.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تركيب وتشغيل أنظمة الطاقة والكهرباء في مواقع العملاء.
- اختبار ودعم أنظمة يو بي اس، والإنفرترات الشمسية، والإنفرترات الصناعية، وشواحن المركبات الكهربائية، وأجهزة تحليل جودة الطاقة.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- تشخيص الأعطال وتقديم دعم فني فعال لحل المشكلات.
- إعداد تقارير خدمة واضحة وشرح النتائج للعملاء.
- التنسيق مع فرق البحث والتطوير والمبيعات لضمان رضا العملاء.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية.
- خبرة عملية في يو بي اس، أو الإنفرترات، أو أنظمة الطاقة ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل والتشخيص وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل ودعم العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق فني.
- الاستعداد للانتقال إلى مواقع العملاء والقيام بزيارات الدعم الميداني.
