Sales Specialist – Power & Electrical Solutions
Drive business growth, build strong client relationships and promote PowerWadi’s advanced power and energy solutions across the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory or sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in power and electrical solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present PowerWadi products, technical features and business benefits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations for decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Coordinate with engineering, product and support teams during project delivery.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in power, electrical or technical solutions.
- Understanding of electrical products and power-system applications.
- Experience with UPS, inverters, VFDs or similar products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Service Engineer – Power & Electrical Solutions
Join the technical team responsible for installing, commissioning, testing and supporting advanced power and electrical solutions at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission power and electrical systems at customer sites.
- Test and support UPS systems, inverters, VFDs, EV chargers and power-quality analyzers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective troubleshooting support.
- Prepare clear service reports and communicate findings to customers.
- Coordinate with R&D and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with UPS, inverters or related power systems.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-support skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Willingness to travel for site support and customer visits.
