Key Responsibilities 🔹 Install, test, and commission UPS systems, inverters, and related equipment. 🔹 Perform preventive & corrective maintenance at customer sites. 🔹 Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues. 🔹 Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. 🔹 Train customers on system operation and safety protocols. 🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex service cases. 🔹 Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.
